Young Gregory witnesses the murder of his favorite ice cream man "The King of the Ice Cream" and is therefore committed to a psychiatric ward because he could not mentally process this act. But a 'special treatment' drives him crazy there! From now on he drives through the streets as the "Ice Cream Man", but the cheerful ringing of the ice cream truck has now turned into a ringing of the death bells.
