As a storm rages outside, the hermit tells a terrifying story that sends shivers down Joe's spine. Is the old man hiding a terrible secret? The OLD MAN is played by the magnificent Stephen Lang, who effortlessly captivates the audience. His old man is eccentric, frightening, and even funny. And when he reveals his evil side, he is reminiscent of the blind war veteran in DON'T BREATHE. Horror specialist Lucky McKee directed a psychological thriller that draws viewers deeper and deeper into the plot, keeping them in suspense until the surprising end.
