Therefore, they send a man and a woman after the deserter, tasking him with persuading him to return. If he refuses, he's to be eliminated. Fallon desperately needs a foreign passport. London gangster Jack Meehan promises him one, but the document comes at a price. Meehan commissions Fallon to assassinate a rival. Against his better judgment, Fallon agrees to be hired as a hitman one last time. But the contract killing doesn't go according to plan...
