It doesn't get more Rammstein than this. Few German bands are as well-known and popular in the USA as Rammstein. It's no wonder their concert at New York's Madison Square Garden on December 11, 2010, sold out in less than 30 minutes. American fans had waited ten years to see the band again in the United States. The concert is now available on double DVD and double Blu-ray as part of "Rammstein in Amerika." In front of a staggering 18,000 spectators, the band performed 18 of their hits that evening, including "Du riechst so gut," "Sonne," and "Engel." The fans witnessed a truly spectacular production with a gigantic stage show and fireworks. The entire recording lasts 101 minutes. The second DVD contains the documentary "Rammstein in America." In 122 minutes, director Hannes Rossacher shows the long road Rammstein had to travel to achieve success with their music in a country they previously only knew from films: America. From their first headlining tour of the USA in 1998 and the South and Central American tour as the opening act for KISS a year later, to their concert at Madison Square Garden in 2010, the film entertainingly documents all the important milestones of Rammstein's time in America.
