In the year 2041, innovative technology will ensure that people who have died by murder or an accident can be brought back to life. The only requirement is a digital backup copy, which must not be older than 48 hours. When the developer of the "Restore Point" program is murdered and his backup remains untraceable, police officer Emma Trochinowska takes over the investigation of the mysterious case. The trail leads to a terrorist group that fights the 'unnatural' restoration technology by all means. From the fascinating basic idea, director Robert Hloz developed a stylish and atmospheric film that, in addition to an exciting plot, provides plenty of material for discussion. With its sophisticated story and retro-futuristic cyberpunk aesthetic, the fast-paced sci-fi thriller is reminiscent of a milestone in the genre - in the press, "the imaginative roller coaster ride" is repeatedly praised as the "Czech BLADE RUNNER".
