Robotics expert Aiden copes with the death of his eleven-year-old son by creating 'Robin' – a deceptively realistic, fully functional robot doll. In his secluded house, it seems to offer him solace. But when Aiden's estranged nephew returns, sinister events begin to unfold. It soon becomes clear: Robin is prepared to do anything to have his creator all to himself.
