Cannabis Kid Nate Norman, an 18-year-old high school dropout from Idaho and the "eternal loser" type, hangs out in Canada with his buddy Topher. Surprised by the casual handling of cannabis there, the two stoners enjoy a few intoxicated days and get to know cannabis grower John. To supplement their pocket money, Nate and Topher decide to smuggle marijuana across the Canadian border and sell the substance to their trusted dealer.
