Babysitter Sarah thinks of no harm when the kids take out a videotape from the trick-or-treat bag. Unsuspectingly, she pushes the cassette into the video recorder. Suddenly, disturbing footage flickers across the TV screen. Katie turns off the tape and sends the children to bed. But the brutal images can't get out of her head. She turns on the device again and witnesses three bloody short stories. Each one features a mad clown who commits horrific murders. As the night progresses, the boundaries between fiction and reality become blurred. The cruel game of Art the Clown begins!
