The lunatics are on the loose! Four patients from a mental institution are enjoying their day trip to Manhattan when their psychological counselor is attacked and ends up in the hospital. Suddenly, Billy, Jack, and Albert are completely on their own; and soon discover that the American metropolis is even crazier than their asylum.
