Friends Travis and Wendell feel like they've landed on another planet, even though they've only moved from New York to Nebraska to manage a nightclub. Or so they believe. The truth is, they've been lured by a KGB agent, and the nightclub is located in the heart of the Soviet Union, in Indian Springs, a perfect replica of an American small town. Unfortunately, the locals are stuck in the 1960s when it comes to lifestyle and fashion, desperately trying to catch up with the 1990s.
