Alexander Bischoff grew up without parents. He never had his own family or even his own children. By profession, he is a detective inspector in a department for special tasks. Bischoff says he chose his profession because he wanted to be part of something good. But after 25 years of work, he is disillusioned. When he is assigned to a case in connection with an Arab extended family, the boundaries between good and evil become blurred for him, right and wrong increasingly and nothing will be the same again.
