The alternative Brit-pop punkers Ash will release their ninth studio album »Ad Astra« in 2025 via Fierce Panda Records. With eleven brand new tracks, including the excellent lead single "Give Me Back My World" and her rousing rendition of the Harry Belafonte/"Beetlejuice" classic "Jump In The Line", "Ad Astra" also features Blur guitarist Graham Coxon on two particularly cheeky songs that show the eternal power pop kings in particularly rocket-like form. »Ad Astra« follows quite closely on the heels of 2023's »Race The Night« (the band's highest-ranking album in 20 years) and comes two years and a month later - and that's no coincidence. As a band that lives for live music, Ash vowed that the five-year break between 2018's 2018 albums "Islands" and "Race The Night" caused by the pandemic would never happen again. Ash will still be reaching for the stars of Indie in 2025!
