Canadian progressive rock duo Crown Lands has steadily emerged as one of the most ambitious voices in the genre and returns in 2026 with their most sophisticated and mature work to date: "Apocalypse". For this album, the band collaborated with renowned producers Nick Raskulinecz and David Bottrill (both known for their work with Rush), whose different approaches shaped the creation of the album. Conceptually, "Apocalypse" is conceived as a self-contained, narrative listening experience designed in the classic album format and unfolding as a cohesive story in the same universe as her 2023 album "Fearless". At the center of the album is the 19-minute title track, a sprawling epic that gives the album both musical and narrative support. Ultimately, "Apocalypse" is about change, the end of the old and the uncertain beginning of the new.
