Element Of Crime has always existed; before the band was founded decades ago, you probably already heard this music inside you. Nonchalance with heart, bobbing with a snout, effortlessness taken to the extreme, but never sloppy. Element Of Crime is an attitude to life without which the world would be neither conceivable nor bearable. So in 2023 a new album »Morgen um vier«. Lately, I've always been awake there, not: still, like before. We have probably all become a bit quieter in recent years: "We don't have a solution, we have songs", yes, you have to admit. And doesn't it seem to many as if their loved one is holding an axe in their hands? It is almost logical that it is the cat that asks: "Guys, where is this supposed to end?" The cat! Just hope someone has an answer to that soon. Until then: bobbing along, humming along, suffering along, not getting caught. – Eva Menasse
