»Free Your Mind And Your Ass Will Follow« is the second album by funk pioneers Funkadelic, released in 1970, just a few months after their groundbreaking debut. The album, which famously grew out of a single marathon session accompanied by LSD, features the band refining their songwriting, but still leaves plenty of room for experimental jam sessions. It marked the official entry of legendary keyboardist Bernie Worrell and reached number 92 on the Billboard Pop chart.
