With "Empire Of The Undead," the band around frontman Kai Hansen (ex-Helloween and also Unisonic) releases their eleventh studio album. It's their first in four years since the chart-topping hit "To The Metal," which once again propelled Gamma Ray to the top of the charts. "Empire Of The Undead" is a Gamma Ray album unlike any they've released in a long time. It's incredibly diverse, multifaceted, heavy, yet melodic. Fast on the one hand, and extremely heavy on the other. It's unmistakably Gamma Ray, yet the band has delivered an album unlike anything they've produced since their beginnings: perhaps the best album of their career. The album will be released in four different versions and will contain either 11 or 12 tracks.
