"Don't Settle - Transmissions East" is the first of two albums to be released this year. It sheds light on an incredibly prolific and diverse career and is not just a "best of" compilation, but a live studio album with no second takes, no autotune, and no editing. It's simply live, raw, and direct, capturing the magic of Glen like nothing before. Recorded at the legendary Funkhaus in Berlin, a historic East German radio and recording studio with a huge, acoustically perfect orchestral live rehearsal room, the album was recorded and filmed over two nights in a controlled studio environment with 600 fans in attendance. The album was produced and mixed by Glen himself, with assistance from sound engineers and producers Mike Goldsmith and Markus Schmitz. This release is supported not only by a nearly sold-out UK/EU tour, but also by a feature film and a making-of documentary that chronicle this special period in Glen's career, where we look back at both the past and the future.
