"Metal Rendez-Vous" is the fourth studio album by the Swiss hard rock/heavy metal band Krokus, released in 1980. It marked the debut of singer Marc Storace and became the band's international breakthrough. The album features energetic, riff-driven songs such as "Heatstrokes," "Bedside Radio," and "Tokyo Nights," which blend classic hard rock with the emerging heavy metal sound of the early 1980s. The album was a commercial success, achieving quadruple platinum status in Switzerland. "Heatstrokes" reached number 1 on the UK Heavy Metal Charts, while "Bedside Radio" received international airplay and helped the band build a strong fanbase in Europe and North America.
