After their 2007 breakthrough classic "The Art Of Partying", Richmond thrashers Municipal Waste have changed a lot for their last Earache album, "Massive Aggressive" from 2009. While the album is still packed with upbeat anthems like "Wolves Of Chernobyl" and the lead single "Wrong Answer," the album as a whole takes a darker, more mature approach to the band's signature party thrash, ditching the beer bongs in favor of social commentary while retaining all the irrepressible energy you'd expect from Municipal Waste.
