Founded in 2014 by Suny-Purchase students Tina Halladay, Matt Palmer, and brothers Kyle and Hart Seely, Sheer Mag was only going in one direction, and that was up! After the release of a few singles, they were already named one of the »10 New Artists You Need To Know« by Rolling Stone magazine in 2015. In 2016, Sheer Mag even belonged to the front line-up of the world-famous Coachella festival in California after only a few EPs and without a real studio album, before their long-awaited debut album »Need to Feel Your Love« was finally released in 2017 and immediately placed in the charts worldwide. Renowned magazines and media such as Rolling Stone, Metacritic, The Guardian, NME, Spin or Slant Magazine also included it in their "Albums of the Year" lists after outstanding reviews.
