Sodom is a German thrash metal band that was founded in Gelsenkirchen in 1981 and is one of the »Big Four« of German thrash metal, along with Kreator, Destruction and Tankard. In their 43-year career, they released 18 studio albums and toured tirelessly around the world, delighting a loyal fan base in front of sold-out festival and club visitors. Their fan club, the Sodomaniacs, is also very committed. Her last studio album reached number 5 in the German charts. This reissue of their sixth album, »Get What You Deserve«, was originally released in 1994. It was only available in a limited edition on vinyl and has not been available on CD for a long time. The original album was remastered under the supervision of former guitarist Andy Brings, who also created a brand new remix of the album.
