Wolf Alice are back. The British band will release their new, third album in 2021. "Blue Weekend" is the follow-up to "My Love Is Cool" (2015) and "Visions Of A Life" (2017), both of which reached number two in the charts in their native UK. Ideal conditions, then, for the new record, which, like its predecessors, strikes the perfect balance between alternative rock and dream pop. Wolf Alice already gave a taste of what this sounds like with the single "The Last Man On Earth." "Blue Weekend" features a total of eleven tracks, recorded by Ellie Rowsell, Joff Oddie, Theo Ellis, and Joel Amey in a house in Somerset, England. Production was handled by Markus Dravs, who has worked with artists such as Brian Eno, Arcade Fire, and Björk.
